Dimeling, Schreiber & Park ("DS&P") is a private investment partnership making private equity investments in a broad range of middle market companies having superior management teams. The firm specializes in opportunistic investments primarily in the form of  leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations and Chapter 11 reorganizations.

Since the founding of DS&P in 1982, the firm has completed acquisitions totaling in excess of $1 billion.
