BSR is a military and commercial ship repair and construction company capable of dry docking the Navy's largest ships and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.  Organized by DSP with co-investors Taglich Brothers and Weatherly Capital in September 2006. www.BostonShip.com

Pan Am is one of the nation's leading providers of simulator-based flight training for commercial airline pilots.  Organized with co-investor American Capital Strategies ("ACAS").  www.panamacademy.com

bulletCommonwealth Coal Partners, LLC ("CCP")

CCP is a recently formed partnership formed to purchase coal leases and permits in Eastern Kentucky.  CCP began producing coal on these properties in September 2005.
