William R. Dimeling (deceased October 2001)
Co-founded in
1982 along with Mr. Schreiber, Mr. Dimeling formerly served as Executive Vice President of the Reading
Company. Prior to that, he was a partner in the law firm of Townsend,
Elliot and Munson. Mr. Dimeling was a trustee of Pennsylvania Real
Estate Investment Trust and was a director of a number of the DS&P portfolio firms. He served as a
Lieutenant in the United States Navy and received his B.A. from Yale
College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard R. Schreiber
Partner, co-founded DS&P in 1982
with William R. Dimeling.
Prior to that, Mr. Schreiber was with Strouse, Greenberg & Co.,
Inc. and Coldwell Banker in their commercial and industrial real
estate groups. Mr. Schreiber is a director of many of the DS&P
portfolio firms. Mr. Schreiber received his B.S. from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Steven G. Park
Mr. Park joined DS&P
as a partner in 1987. Prior to that, Mr. Park was a Vice President with Strouse,
Greenberg & Co., Inc. where he was responsible for their real
estate project financing, development planning and institutional
property sales. Previous to Strouse, Greenberg &
Co., Mr. Park was Senior Vice President of
the Reading Company and head of their Real Estate
subsidiary, Eastern Real Estate. Mr. Park
is a director of many of the DS&P portfolio firms.
He received his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State
University.
Peter D. Schreiber
Formerly a corporate banking
representative with Fidelity Bank, where he was primarily involved in
acquisition finance. His commercial banking experience encompassed
diverse industries, including real estate, financial service companies
and healthcare finance. Mr. Schreiber received his B.S. from the
Pennsylvania State University.
Joseph E. Driscoll
Mr. Driscoll joined Dimeling,
Schreiber & Park as a partner in March of 2005. Mr.
Driscoll was an independent consultant and investment manager before
joining DS&P. Prior to this,
he was a Partner at The O'Neill Group, LLC, and interim Chief
Financial Officer at O'Neill Properties Group, LLC, a Pennsylvania
based real estate company specializing in the redevelopment of
underutilized industrial sites. Mr. Driscoll began his career as
a derivatives trader and Member of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Driscoll
received his B.A. from Harvard College, and his M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School. Mr. Driscoll currently serves on the board of
Boston Ship Repair, Inc.
